The AMBER modular battery energy storage system is based on the latest battery technology, battery management systems, inverters and an advanced control system that supports the efficient operation of renewable energy sources, the distribution network, industrial consumers and grids, and can also serve as a support for frequency and voltage regulation of electricity. The innovative development AMBER project deals with the advanced use of a battery energy storage integrated into the distribution network of Elektro Celje in order to improve the operation and reliability of the power supply to the distribution network.
